I had received an offer of admission letter from Multimedia University regarding of selected into Diploma in Business Administration programme in Melaka campus.
According to the application I had made to Multimedia University was Foundation in Management programme, not Diploma in Business administration.

I would like to make a complaint of above situation.
According to the minimum requirement of taking Foundation in Management programme is 5 Credits of SPM result and the compulsory credit papers are English and Mathematic.
Secondly, during Open day in Cyberjaya campus, I've had requested consultation from person in charge. They confirm me which Bahasa Melayu paper if get result of E will not affect the application of Foundation in Management programme.
Thus, I am very confirm that I can get the application.

Lastly, I would like to state that I am not interested in pure business programme.
I am sure that i can excel better in foundation of management leading to my desired career
From my SPM results, it shows my accounting and mathematic papers scored good result which showed I really put effort and had interest on it.
Thus, I choose Foundation of Management programme to further my studies.

I really hope can get approval from Sir regarding to my application. This is an important matter for me to get to my desired career right.

SPM及STPM大考進入倒數的30天，無論對考生還是家長來說，都是十分難熬的關鍵時刻。這時期，除了要有充足的溫習外，考生在應考前也會面對各種狀況，所以最需要精神上的穩定，還有心理上的自立，才能有樂觀的態度面對一切挑戰。

因此，各位在準備考試時，不妨也審視自己的心理狀態，從細節上做好應考的一切準備，並適當調整心態，爭取以最佳狀態投入考試！

分秒一步步邁進，面對考前的各種測試、練習、訓練，也讓應考的學生情緒越來越緊繃。考前30天，是最重要的心靈和情緒調整時期；在應考前，什么常見情況會影響考生情緒？考生們又要如何自我調整呢？

常見狀況大解套

當考試日期越來越靠近，各種因考生心情緊張所引起的症狀百出，大大困擾著他們。且來看看，什么症狀我們該用什么解法？

◆症狀一：少數考生胸中無把握，對考試信心不足，甚至悲觀失望，使得大腦活動大大降低，以至發呆發愣。

◇解法：既看到自己的不足，也要看到自己的優勢，保持既不自卑又不過于自滿的狀態。不妨調整自己的目標，正視現實，別把期望定得太高，讓理想與現實目標之間的距離不太大，說不定就能從困境中得到解脫。

◆症狀二：經過常年備考，身心靈的疲憊導致部分考生對復習和考試產生厭倦情緒，做什么都打不起精神，甚至對考試產生排斥心理。

◇解法：以上情況通常發生在性格比較內向的考生身上，他們平時不愛透露情感和心事，由于精神長時間集中在高考一件事上，容易在心理上產生惰性。建議他們多找朋友、父母或老師等信任的人聊聊天傾訴，或者談一些平時喜歡的話題，放鬆情緒也不錯。

◆症狀三：長時間用同一種方法復習同一門功課，大腦皮層某一部位形成保護性抑制，影響記憶效果。

◇解法：復習方法多樣化。考生在復習時，可以讓文、理合理配搭，閱、讀、聽、寫一同結合，以避免枯燥、單一的復習方法。這樣可以幫助提高記憶效果。

◆症狀四：只顧拼命復習功課，放棄了正常的睡眠和必要的運動時間，長期之下導致整天頭昏腦脹，學習效果差。

◇解法：要充分利用大腦的“最佳時限”，巧妙安排學習和休息時間。當頭腦清醒、精力充沛時，要抓緊學習；當頭腦疲勞時，可睡覺休息或做適當的戶外活動，以使腦神經細胞恢復正常。考前通宵達旦的復習方法只是孤注一擲，絕非良策，反而可能前功盡棄。

◆症狀五：家長期望過大，同學間競爭激烈，間接讓考生自我囚困在“如何達到父母的期望”、“如何去超過同學”等問題，最后越想越心煩，還可能因此自我否定和自卑。

◇解法：建立獨立、穩定、平常的心態。忽視外界的任何干擾，要相信自己可以辦得到，同時不灰心、不放棄，堅持到底。

◆症狀六：復習過程產生莫名其妙又難以言明的焦躁和不安，心慌、胸悶、氣短，容易出汗，看不進書、飯吃得不香、覺睡得不好，對一切都不感興趣。

◇解法：建議進行一些體能練習，運動量則視各自情況而定，以運動后不感到疲憊不影響學習為准。同時，每天晚飯后進行15分鐘散步也是不錯選擇。若情況不能改善，或許可以向專業醫生進行諮詢或檢查。

考前注意10項生活習慣

準備考試除了拼命唸要考的科目外，穩定、規律的生活習慣是另一個重要的影響關鍵，考前、考后請切記下列幾點：

1)制定作息時間

‧把每天的復習功課、休息與睡眠時間安排合理，避免忙亂復習。按計劃行事，使生理節奏感與心理節奏感增強。

2)把生理鐘調向高考日

‧按照高考上午開始時間與下午開始時間復習功課，有助于進入高考狀態，充分發揮已掌握的知識。

3)抓住最佳記憶時間

‧心理學研究証明，早晨起床后半小時及晚上睡覺前半小時由于不受前攝抑制、后攝抑制的影響，記憶效果最好。考生可以在這段時間內復習最關鍵、最重要的課程內容。

4)以高考心態做卷

‧考前以高考的心態做些模擬試卷，到高考時就會以平常心態做高考卷。

5)進行自己喜歡和可以減壓的活動

‧跑步、散步等，都可以調節情緒、消除疲勞，以穩定的、飽滿的情緒迎戰高考。但切忌劇烈運動，防止受傷或會影響溫習精神的活動。

6)少或不玩電腦和上網

‧玩電腦、上網容易上癮，影響考生復習時間。

7)注意飲食衛生，防止胃腸等疾病

‧一部分人在感受強大壓力時，最容易暴飲暴食，那很容易引起胃腸功能紊亂，進而影響情緒安定，不利于考試。建議按照平時的飲食習慣吃飯就可以，沒有必要加強營養而去吃大魚大肉，或者平時少吃的各類補品。

8)調整睡眠時間

‧從現在起不要再“開夜車”，建議考生把晚間睡眠調整到10點或11點。同時也無需刻意太早上床，否則很容易輾轉反側難以入睡，使心緒煩躁不安，影響隔天考試。

9)不想考試后的事

‧考試完畢之后，就別再想起已考過的試卷，或者是想起考后的安排，因為那容易分散注意力。建議考生在考前集中心思，全力以赴迎考下一張試卷。

10)不再做難題和新題目

‧這值得在考試前10天實行，原因是不要自信受打擊。這時候可以把做過的綜合模擬卷看一看，對做錯的考題加倍用心，這比做新模擬卷更有效果。

考生應考檢查表

◆考試前

□1.好好保存准考證

□2.仔細閱讀簡章、准考證上的試場規則及注意事項

□3.注意身體保健及安全，不要出入公共場所

□4.熟悉前往試場的大眾運輸工具，確保不會因為他人因素而遲到

□5.查看試場位置

◆考試當日出門前

□1.帶准考證

□2.另備准考證補發證件，與准考證分開放(以防萬一)

**注：補發證件為身分證等

□3.檢查文具

◆作答時注意事項

□1.核對座位標示單、答案卷、答案卡上的號碼和自己的准考證號是不是一樣？

□2.確認座位及答案卷、卡后，不用等監考老師宣布，就可以開始作答

□3.考試時不可以嚼食口香糖、喝水、吃東西

□4.考試時如果身體不舒服或是要上洗手間，可舉手向監考老師反映

i open my eye and saw her knocking my head . God Damn pls i was tired la becoz i was late sleep last night la ~

but the following day drive until very smooth liao , kinda shaung ~

今天学校有gotong -royong 而且是星期六噢。
本来不是很想去，没办法lo 谁叫我答应人家了,不然会被说我 ‘放鸽子’哈
一去到学校放了书包就跟喜德他们去大球
打玩球后回班看看
咋到 lo , 才四个人在班加上我
后就开始清理我的班
我的 form teacher 也来帮忙，不错吗~ 哈
我就负责清理风扇
说真的还真是 betahan ! 风扇上的‘旧迹’ 真的是 gao gao 的喔
清的时候还真辛苦~
处理完毕后就去找瀚他们
怎么知道那里还惨，一大堆‘废物’ 得清
我以为可以轻轻松松休息的，瀚叫我帮忙清理
都愣着没事做，就去帮忙 lo 都吃惯亏了哈哈
学校的全部东西品质都很差，trolley 的轮胎爆 liao的，手套还是串洞的咋到~
然后我，煌，锋，瀚，德 ,nic赶快把废物清理掉~
大约用了一小时++ 就完毕了
白衣便黑衣咋到 lo 还满身汗。很恶~
校方有 sponser 给我们一人一条面包，哎哟~起码一包饭啦哈哈~
然后就回 5maju 睡觉，没办法真是很累 XD
喜德还很 tahan 下, 还可以去大球 ~ 一个字 ‘服’
放学前的一小时，我们还跑去打球。
今天整天都在流汗。够力咋到~
瀚就整天在‘冲凉’ 哈哈
放学后就到丰的家做温习。
后天就trial 了 , 也是 yiing 的生日.
没眼看，第一天考试就要被 1st blood ~ XD
时间过得真快下
距离 SPM 那天也越来越近。
真想时间倒流啊！！
未来都不知做行业~
哎哟无所谓，所谓 ‘行行出状元’

today i was absent school
becoz yesterday unfortunate i got flu , but lucky din got h1n1 .
it never fun having the flu.
my nose drips endlessly, i cough until my lungs vibrate
i was kinda suffer.
having flu can be cruel when it comes to food .
all the yummiest food around me but , yet i cannot taste a thing .
DAMN IT !
after i having my breakfast
i reading a book that was called 'Twilight'
i was watching this movie b4 , but i din read the book b4 .
this was a love story between the human and vampire .
the first thing i notice about this book is the cover
It was simple , eve holding the apple
It make men an apple - that apple xD
that second thing i noticed that is a big book
it was around 500 page ++
that was kinda long for yound adult novel
i was wary thinking about reading nearly 500 pages of a young adult book about vampires
do vampires get angsty?
and then I hit the preface.
surely it was a good way to die
in place of someone else
someone I loved
noble, even.
That ought to count for something.

seeing as it was already after 1pm +
i should have stopped there and rdy for my tuition.
when free i will continue read the book and try to finish as fast as possible
and get rdy for my trail exam

wake up in the early morning rdy for school .
When the class started ,
i got the bad news from teacher
the trail schedule was changed !
when i knew it i shock

刚刚回到家，累和头痛。无奈

就说说昨天有 merentas desa。我在 5。30am 就起床了，因为 6am要去瀚的家了。没办法如果迟一点就没人载我了。哈哈
我和瀚 7.15am 到了taman botani。我们在巴士站看到煌。他还满早到的哈哈。然后丰就到了。
过后，我们就到里头集合。在里头我们集合排队拿号码都用了一小时多！无言。
然后我们就开始跑了，开头还跟瀚，煌和丰一起跑的。过了不久，我连他们的踪影都看不到了。可怜。没办法 lo ，谁叫我的身体这么不争气，一大早就胃痛，咋到=.=
跑了不久，我又看到煌了，哈哈。他跑到脚痛。可能这是上天要他陪我哈哈。paiseh xD。
到了终点之后，我马上拿水来喝。爽~~ 。在朋友当中，建成是最快的那位，他夺得了第12。恭喜他 ^_^。
Merentas Desa 结束后，我们就去一家面食家吃面。在那里遇到了kar yee 和 wei lian 他们，真有缘哈哈。吃完了 kar yee 说载我们到瀚家。真开心，因为我们还打算走回去瀚的家 xD。谢谢哦 kar yee ^_^。
然后我和丰会到我家，我们就去 da gei lo 。不知为什么，我好像感觉到丰今天没心情。我不知道是不是我多想了。担心~

5。40pm 我和煌就到了 ' Island Red Cafe' 。在那里我们连熟人都不见一个。开始有点慌。不知是不是己错了时间。然后我就 spam call 给佩婷，大概有 12 个miss call 吧都没人接哈哈。 pai seh 婷 xD。然后煌就call 给振伟，原来他们就在第二楼。咋到 lo~。
那里的食物还好，吃的真爽。有的order 就 order. 免费的 ma ~ 哈哈。
到了 7.45pm 我，煌和启维到 ‘ 好记 ’ 去 meet 寿星公。我们还走的蛮就一下。‘IRC’ 和 ‘好记’ 一个东一个西的。走去的时候真痛苦。
到了那里，看到了他们。看他们吃 steambot我还满好笑得。第一次看人吃 steambot 有换汤底的。哈哈。可是那个汤真的很腥，受不了。
在那里还遇见 ‘小龙’ 哈哈。
然后 micheal , loius 到了。他们来了一下然后就进去jusco了。
我们要走的时候loius 他们就回来了。他们说不能去瀚的家。不知瀚有没有失望。
当我们要去坐 taxi 的时候， raymond de 妈妈就来到metro。又有‘顺风车’坐了哈哈。
然后倩他们就去买蛋糕了，还骗瀚去兜风。XD

到了瀚家，坐下等时间过。
过后 torng 和 xian说要回了 macam yes~ 其实他们要去车上拿蛋糕。
过后倩突然把灯关了，xian 和 torng 就端着蛋糕进屋。不知瀚有没有的到惊喜。
然后就唱歌，切蛋糕 lo。
过后倩问瀚他知不知道他们买蛋糕的事。
瀚说以为 torng 和 xian 他们去在loius 他们来。咋到
意识就是说，瀚希望 loius 他们来？很不幸让他失望了。

到了 12am++ 大概全部人都会了。
剩下我和煌没回。我们睡在瀚的家。那时候有些无聊，所以聊天了起来哈哈。
到了 2.45am++ 我们才上回楼上准备睡觉的。可是我们在床上躺着聊天。说起小学的事XD。
不知不觉我就睡着了。

到了今天早上，我是第一个醒来哈哈。过后煌起身了。他告诉我说瀚称我睡觉的时候那我的手机call kit mun ，咋到 =.= .
然后我们就去 ‘mama 档’ 去吃早餐。

到了 5pm++我妈在我会家。到了家真累。不过心情还不错 ^_^

i DIn have to school becoz my class have a dun no what lawatan and i din go the lawatan aslo haha .
so i rather at home sleep late abit lo , but i cant becoz i nid to meet my friend at '501 tai ' at 7am (lame shit =.=)
Got 1 guy is late (kheng wei lian XD), he 7.30 only reach .
Make me and dehui at there ' wai man ' . swt =.=lll
After that we go 'pui fu mee restoran ' eat MEE~
there de MEE not bad ^_^
finished eat liao den we take taxi go metro ' da gei '
play dota very chi kek and i keep shouting my friend , bo bian they make me to do so coz too noob hehe. If is jf he will more ' kek den me ' XD.
and the weather very abnormal , keep unstop raining .
make me 12pm only go cut hair . i set liao 11am go cut de ma aiyo .
That salon is my friend intro me to go 1 , so go try see whether it good or not lo

when i reach the shop, the shop like macam yes and we are the 1st customer XD

When the movie started until The end , i no even noe talk about what , very MO MO CHA CHA

8PM we go dinner together.Suddely at steambot restoran there saw my friend ( gold fish eng xD) . so i have free transport liao wakaka bad ~. after that we go the foodcourt eat and I order the ' chao ban mian ' that was my friend intro my to eat 1.

Today..
was kinda early wake up ( 7am)
becoz my classtmate say coming to my house and having breakfast
he so far come wangsa permai ofcoz not come find me de la ~~ haha
he go with my another classmate go watch football match wor ~~
the ticket was rm58 for normal sit only . IF VIP sit ? O_O ? wait pk lo haha ~
The match is Manchester United Vs Malaysia woots~~ macam very chi kek o ~
BUt no nid see aslo noe who the winner la KAy ( common sense ^_^) .Juz see Malaysia let pl sapu how many score nia XD .
After that i back home liao den saw my elder sis siting at living room and watching movie .
Finally she back from thailand , quite miss her ( miss her souvenir nia but she din buy aslo ~ too bad ~~XD)

until 11am++ huang suddely sms me for dota . weird sia ?
when huang on9 we chit chat something , suddenly he macam yes,coz he say that thing was impossible say out from his mouth haha , shock man ~ what he say ?? Privacy la KAy canot post it blekx later get hamtam .
after that 2pm mai go cc play with haung and feng lo . in game me and feng keep lc ppl nia but fun hehe

Owner lost for a few month~~ Becoz i have no time to blogging , sry for the lack update ppl xD

Today like normal lo ~, wake up at 5am and take my breakfast after that get rdy to school .
At school lagi wu liao, so i borrow the A/K book from yaohan and revising .
And today in school something happend on me . The guy Stephen Ho my class monitor ( i dun treat he as a monitor aslo XD) suddenly come on my place ask me something . After i heard it i was shock and stun a few second , becoz that thing is too suddenly and i dun think it will happen aslo .

This is my 1st blog and I dun no what thing can post it , no idea at all XD .
Keng Wei Lian ( my friend , a dumb ) is the 1 whos recommend me to blogging ~ O_O
Today i got my exam paper , quite dissapointed on Sub Ak . The paper is quite easy but i get got 70% , cant get A1 sad . Math lagi terrible , actully can get 98 mark but my teacher ( Thong , the woman whos was siao ) de eye too geng ~ juz little line no smooth she aslo catch it , i have no comment ~ And my class no ppl get 100% , Sad case ~
